Jump-start your career as an Admin Asst PRN today with HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast.In this position, you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders and will be responsible for the overall work flow of the Hospital Administration office.Job ResponsibilitiesGreets visitors and answers telephone using appropriate etiquette and customer service.Plans and coordinates meetings of executives and works through scheduling conflicts.Completes projects delegated to them on time using software and resources available to them.Keeps office organized and cleanCoordinating award and recognition programs for hospital colleaguesThe ability to collaborate with multiple departments to complete special projects and requests.Compose correspondence, memos and reports, according to guidelines and in a timely mannerAssist with writing letters to staff, physicians, and patient/families.Maintain excellent relationships with departments throughout the hospitalBe comfortable entering data/news on hospital intranet page.What qualifications you will need:High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Some college required.Typing speed of 60 wpm and strong PC skills required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess strong customer service skills.
