Admin Assistant Part Time

Part-Time Administrative AssistantWe are hiring a part-time administrative assistant on the westside of Jacksonville. Pay is $20-$23, depending on experience. This is a 20 hour per week position but may vary.The Part-Time Unit Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Unit Management team on a part-time basis.

This role helps with unit coordination, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient unit operations.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assist Unit Management team with daily administrative and operational tasks on a part-time scheduleSupport coordination of unit-related documentation, including leases, renewals, inspections, and reportsMaintain organized records and update internal systems accurately and timelyCommunicate with property management companies, vendors, and internal departments regarding unit mattersSupport scheduling of inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requestsTrack unit statuses and follow up on pending items to ensure timely resolutionAssist with invoice review, payment tracking, and expense documentation related to unitsProvide general support to ensure smooth operation of unit management activitiesKey Requirements & Competencies:High school diploma requiredPrevious experience in administration, property management, or operations support is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a flexible, part-time scheduleProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systemsProfessional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriatelyThis is a drug free workplace.
