Paddock Chevrolet is hiring a part-time Loaner Car agent to assist customers into borrowed vehicles while they are in for service. We are looking for an energetic customer service oriented person able to work:Tuesday thru Friday 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 7am-5pmJob Duties of the Loaner Car Agent include:Managing a fleet of 40+ loaner vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use when loaned and thoroughly checked upon returnInputting customer information to create loaner agreement and obtaining the necessary signaturesConfirming customer’s documents meet requirements to receive a borrowed vehicle from our dealershipTracking vehicles to know all cars are accounted for and when additional cars are available to service customersCovering the Service Cashier as needed, checking out customers and receiving paymentsClerical tasks as necessary to support other employees/departmentsCandidates for the Loaner Car Agent should have:Valid Driver’s License - must haveClean driving record - must haveGood face-to-face customer service skillsLoaner or Rental Car ExperienceAutomotive Dealership Experience a plusDealertrack and X-Time experience is a plusHave to be at least 18 years oldBenefitsSick timeEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral ProgramEmployee Appreciation ProgramContinuing Education ProgramStanding and sitting for extended periods and working outdoors are necessary at times for this position.Paddock Chevrolet is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
