Please indicate your availability when applying for this position.Job DescriptionTeaches a full range of courses, online and in traditional format, in Health Education such as personal health, first aid and personal safety, CPR, childhood health, and women's health.Prepares and delivers learning activities in order to achieve course outcomesPrepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handoutsEvaluates and grades students' class work, laboratory work, assignments, papers, and examinationsMaintains and submits student attendance records, grades and other required documentation by specified deadlinesBe available to students for coachingPeriodic meetings with supervisors, division, or College, relative to teaching duties and training and developmentRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Health Education, Nursing or related field (i.e., public health, health and wellness, health and human services, sports and exercise science), or current Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) certification.
