Teaching Position in Criminal JusticeMarymount University seeks to create a pool of qualified persons to teach Criminal Justice courses. Qualified applicants will be contacted as a teaching need arises.Direct Supervisor: Director of Behavioral and Social SciencesStatus: Part-Time, ExemptDivision: Academic AffairsTarget Weekly Hours: 10Location: 2807 N Glebe Road (Main Campus)Major Duties and Responsibilities:Teaching classes as assignedOffice hours - Faculty need to be available for at least one additional hour per week for each course taught, to advise students concerning their coursework.Job Requirements:Education: Master's Degree or JD is required.Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience and/or professional experience in related discipline.Compensation/Benefits:Adjuncts receive remuneration on a semester basis, and may range from $1,200 - $3,600 per semester, depending on courses taught.
