Job Summary

These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed. Job Duties

The successful candidate will work to empower students to be fully engaged in the learning environment and promoting growth and educational development to support the operation and success of the general education courses in the division.

Instructors are responsible for:

• Delivering quality instruction with student-instructor interaction
• Providing timely feedback to students
• Monitoring progress/attendance
• Recording grades and submitting reports

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree with 18+ hours in Computer Information Technology or a relevant field to the course -OR- Bachelor's in Computer Information Technology or a relevant field plus relevant work experience/industry credentials.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Blackboard (or a similar learning management system as a delivery method for classes) is recommended. Previous teaching experience is desired.
