Additive Technician For 3rd ShiftDependable. Detail Oriented. Focused. Mechanically Inclined. Our California division, located in Huntington Beach, is hiring an Additive Technician for 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am).

This role supports the full additive manufacturing process, including machine setup, powder handling, build execution, post-processing, and quality inspection.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Setup, operate, and monitor metal additive manufacturing equipment, including laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) or related systemsHandle and manage metal powers in accordance with safety, contamination, control, and material traceability requirementsMonitor build progress and respond to machine alarms or process deviationsFlip builds and perform post-processing activitiesCollaborate with engineering, quality, and NPI teams to optimize builds and improve manufacturabilityEnsure compliance with safety procedures related to combustible metal powders, PPE usage, ventilation systems, cleanliness, and hazardous material handlingMaintain cleanliness and organization of additive manufacturing equipment and work areasQualifications, Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentMust pass the respirator fit test by a qualified medical professionalMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to safely handle metal powders and operate specialized manufacturing equipmentTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).
