Jamestown Healing Clinic is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to provide executive, clinical, and administrative leadership for Jamestown Healing Clinic s integrated healthcare services, including primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and opioid treatment services.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare executive, physician, or advanced practice provider who is passionate about integrated care, addiction medicine, patient-centered services, and culturally responsive healthcare.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), organizational performance, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, workforce leadership, quality improvement, and continued development of Jamestown Healing Clinic s programs and services.
The Executive Director leads the Jamestown Healing Clinic Leadership Team and works collaboratively with the Jamestown Healing Clinic Medical Director and other clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, effective, integrated, culturally responsive, and compliant patient care.
In addition to executive leadership responsibilities, the Executive Director maintains an active clinical role and provides direct patient care within licensure and scope of practice, including services requiring prescriptive authority, to support Jamestown Healing Clinic s primary care and opioid treatment services.
