Crossroads Treatment Centers in Tennessee is seeking physicians to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings. The role includes prescribing medications, completing documentation, and coordinating holistic care with clinic staff.

We offer on-site coverage at Tullahoma and Fayetteville centers, with APP collaboration and stipend support. Board-certified physicians with substance abuse experience are preferred; DEA registration and Medicaid/Medicare
