Working virtually in the USA, the part-time hourly Technician Support Specialist will diagnose and provide technical solutions related to calibrations, programming, and diagnostics for automotive technicians while managing incoming assistance requests and supporting technician tooling. Key responsibilities Monitor Teams Channels and ticketing queue for incoming assistance requests Diagnose and provide technical solutions to technicians regarding calibrations, programming, and diagnostics Assist in ordering, organizing, and managing technician tooling and OEM software installations Required qualifications High School diploma or GED 5+ years of automotive background in servicing and diagnosing automotive systems 2+ years of experience as an ADAS Calibration Technician with advanced knowledge in ADAS technologies Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies
