The Sonography Intern will work under the supervision of experienced radiologists and ultrasound technologists to assist in the daily operations of ultrasound procedures. This position provides hands-on training and exposure to diagnostic imaging techniques, with a focus on learning the practical and theoretical aspects of ultrasound technology. The intern will assist in preparing patients, operating ultrasound equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow in the ultrasound department.Position Details:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in certified Ultrasound Training Program or in a school of ultrasound imaging or graduate of a school of Sonography
Preferred Required Qualifications:
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
o Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic imaging techniques.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work well in a team environment.
o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
o Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
