We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Surgical Technologist to become an integral part of our surgical team. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a sterile environment, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring patient safety throughout each procedure. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Maintain a sterile field during surgery and assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies
• Perform surgical counts before, during, and after the procedure to ensure accuracy
• Position patients and assist with prepping them for surgery
• Clean and restock the operating room following surgeries
• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure effective communication and efficient procedures
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, sterile environment
• Document surgical counts, patient information, and any other necessary details

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room protocols
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
