Responsibilities
- Lead a team of clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and operations specialists.
- Ensure USP797/800 compliance, antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, P&T governance, 340B integrity, formulary management, and budget stewardship.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and operational leadership to guide strategy across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and ambulatory services.
- Provide staff education and support interdisciplinary teamwork.
