Acute Cardiac NP/PA — Surgical First Assistant

Capital Health is seeking an experienced First Assistant to support cardiac and vascular surgeries and to collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role involves assisting on the General Floor and in the Surgical ICU, and monitoring patients in the Cardiovascular CCU in coordination with cardiology colleagues.

The position requires strong aseptic technique, ability to prepare and position patients, and skilled use of surgical instruments including electrocautery.
