If you enjoy being a part of a high performing, professional service and technology focused organization, please apply today!Duties & Responsibilities:Conduct actuarial analysis and modeling for Medicaid and/or CHIP programsDevelop, review, and validate capitation rate methodologies and payment structuresEvaluate healthcare utilization, cost trends, and risk adjustment modelsPrepare and present actuarial findings to internal stakeholders and government clientsEnsure compliance with federal and state actuarial standards and regulationsSupport policy development and cost projection effortsRequired Qualifications:Current Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent credential (e.g., FIA, FCIA)Minimum five (5) years of experience providing actuarial services related to Medicaid or CHIPStrong understanding of public health programs, rate setting, and managed care structuresExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency with actuarial software tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., SAS, R, Excel)Benefits and SalaryWe attract the best people in the business with our competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k plan with employer contribution, paid holidays, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and location.
