We are looking to hire Smart, Hard-Working, Ambitious, Nice, and Relational People: Actively recruit actuarial professionals on a daily basis. Serve as a strategic actuarial recruiter and advisor, deeply understanding candidates' long-term and short-term interests and career trajectories. And also deeplyunderstanding our clients' actuarial talent hiring needs while understanding their unique culture. Provide actuarial candidates and clients with a strong understanding of DW Simpson—how we work, what to expect, and what is expected, and our mission and philosophies as a firm. Work with clients to further cultivate long-term partnerships. Contact clients to secure new actuarial positions. Market actuarial candidates to clients or potential clients opportunistically. Execute, manage, and advise on the entire recruitment process and cycle from the start of the interviewing process to a successful hire, including the negotiation of compensation packages. Attend industry actuarial meetings and alliance meetings. Daily detailed record keeping, utilizing DWS' ATS system.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of a 3.2/4.0 GPA
Business Acumen commensurate with years of experience
Ability to collaborate with a team while being individually driven to meet personal goals
