Responsibilities
- Facilitates client meetings, client presentations and internal team meetings
- Independently determines methodologies and approach for project
- Lead the development of client deliverables including written documents
- Manage timelines including completion of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Ensures all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting review
- Actively communicates project status updates with internal team (junior and senior members)
- Act as a resource for support staff
- Supports business development activities
- Hybrid work schedule available for local candidates and remote work available for candidates residing outside of the Phoenix area
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in related field, or an internship
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial or health care related analyses and consulting
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, and preserve required licenses
- Thorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on Medicaid
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Expertise using Microsoft Office suite
- Presentation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate, present findings, and recommendations to other team members in a clear format
- Ability to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs
- Experience working within a team environment
