Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging activity programs, including recreational, social, and therapeutic activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to identify residents' needs and interests
Plan and coordinate special events, such as birthdays, holidays, and themed activities
Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a sense of community and belonging
Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and reports on activity programs and resident engagement
Requirements:
