Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking an Activity Assistant to support engaging, person-centered programs for residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will help plan, set up, and lead daily recreational, social, and wellness activities that promote dignity, independence, and joy. You’ll encourage participation, provide companionship, document attendance, and assist residents with safely joining events.
Working closely with the Activities Director and care team, you’ll contribute ideas, help decorate and prepare spaces, and support special events. This role is ideal for a creative, compassionate team player who enjoys working with older adults and making a meaningful daily impact.
