Activities Supervisor – Senior Living

Role Overview
The Activities Supervisor plans, implements, and oversees the Activities program for our residents, working in close partnership with the Activities staff to create a multi‑faced daily/monthly calendar that meets all care levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure activities program promotes independence, fulfillment, and accomplishment for residents.
- Provide a balanced daily and monthly calendar of programs and events that interest residents.
- Collect and respond to resident feedback on activities and future program suggestions.
- Establish and maintain community partnerships to broaden program choices.
- Collaborate with other organizations/businesses to promote joint programming.
- Offer volunteer opportunities that engage residents in the surrounding community.
- Order and maintain adequate activity supplies.
- Transport residents to various community activities and events.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate staff and volunteers for activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Recreation Therapy or Human Services preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of equivalent work experience in the field.
- Preferred prior experience in small group socialization and creative programming for older adults.
- Prior experience in managing staff and volunteers.
- Current CPR/first aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no major violations.

Benefits & Compensation
Competitive pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour.
