We're looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities Director to lead our dynamic LIFE program for our residents at Mountain Lakes Estates . In this role, you'll create engaging experiences that inspire connection, promote wellness, and make our community a place residents are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead a variety of social, recreational, educational, wellness, and cultural programs.
- Organize special events, entertainment, holiday celebrations, and community outings.
- Build relationships with residents and develop activities that reflect their interests.
- Coordinate with vendors, and community partners.
- Promote events through calendars, newsletters, and resident communications.
- Manage the activities budget, supplies, and program schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to create an exceptional resident experience.
Requirements
- Experience in activities programming, recreation, event planning, hospitality, or senior living.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
- Availability for nights and weekends as needed.
