As a vital member of our care community, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that enrich the lives of our residents and promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
About The Role
- Developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including arts, crafts, games, and social events
- Collaborating with nursing staff to identify and meet the unique needs and interests of our residents
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs and preferences of our residents and developing individualized activity plans
- Recruiting and supervising volunteers and activity aides
- Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity programs
- Developing and managing budgets for activity programs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
