About the Role

As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a diverse range of activities, including arts, crafts, games, and social events




• Collaborating with nursing staff to identify and meet the unique needs and interests of our residents




• Conducting assessments to determine the needs and preferences of our residents and developing individualized activity plans




• Recruiting and supervising volunteers and activity aides




• Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity programs




• Developing and managing budgets for activity programs




• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
