HumanGood community is seeking a Per Diem/On-Call Activities Coordinator for our Memory Support neighborhood. In this role, you will design and lead engaging, person-centered programs for residents living with dementia and other memory challenges. You will facilitate small group and one-on-one activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social connection, and joy while ensuring safety and dignity.
Working within a mission-driven, collaborative team, you’ll document participation, support care plans, partner with nursing and families, and help create a warm, inclusive environment where older adults can thrive.
