Activism Associate Program

Young Americans for Liberty is looking for Activism Associates who are ready to take the next step as leaders in the liberty movement. This is a paid, part-time opportunity for those who have demonstrated leadership on campus and want to continue developing their organizing, advocacy, and operational skills. You'll work alongside YAL's Activism Department to help recruit activists, support our efforts on colleges across the country, strengthen campus infrastructure, and keep the movement growing. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact while preparing for a future career in the liberty movement, this program is built for you.

The Activism Associate Program is designed to develop high-performing campus leaders through a part-time, temporary position within YAL's Activism Department. Associates support the day-to-day execution of activism initiatives while learning how a national grassroots organization recruits activists, mobilizes supporters, and advances legislative priorities. You'll work directly with the Activism team to help move supporters into action, strengthen campus operations, and keep educational campaigns moving. Exceptional performance may lead to expanded opportunities within the organization. While continued employment is not guaranteed, Associates receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and guidance on pursuing future roles within the liberty movement.
