PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare. We are currently recruiting for an ACT Team Leader to work full-time in Jackson, Michigan overseeing a community-based program serving adults with severe mental health conditions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LP
- Minimum two years of experience providing direct behavioral health services
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to provide community-based services as needed
- Must live within a 45-minute radius of Jackson to meet on-call responsibilities
Pay
Pay- $60-75k depending on licensure and experience
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical leadership and daily supervision and oversight of the ACT team
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the ACT program
- Ensures compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards
- Monitors program performance and outcomes
- Reviews productivity, documentation, and service delivery
- Provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, consultation, hospitalization support, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and meet program needs
