Hope Network seeks an ACT Registered Nurse to provide community-based psychiatric nursing services to adults with serious mental illness. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer and monitor medications, coordinate with psychiatrists and social workers, and provide health education in home and community settings. This role includes crisis intervention, documentation, and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
