Acquisitions Editor — Speculative Fiction

Penguin Random House’s Del Rey Books seeks an Editor to join our team. The Editor will acquire 10–12 titles per year with emphasis on commercial genre fiction, and will shepherd each project from acquisition through collaboration with design, production and marketing.

You will maintain author relationships, manage timelines, and help shape editorial strategy across the imprint, with a commitment to diverse voices and audience-focused storytelling.
