Acquisitions Analyst – Data Center Development (Fully Remote, DC or Houston Preferred)
A newly public, fast-growing data center developer is hiring an Acquisitions Analyst to join its Corporate Development team. This is a new role reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, with a clear path into underwriting and financial modeling.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the acquisition pipeline tracker
- Run first-pass financial screens on prospective sites
- Prepare screening memos and presentations for leadership
- Support acquisition modeling and keep comparable transaction data current
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in CRE acquisitions, CRE lending, banking, underwriting, FP&A or corporate development
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to build process from scratch
- Interest in data centers or digital infrastructure is a plus
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary
