Engineering Program Manager

In this highly cross-functional role, you will oversee the coordination efforts internally with the Noise and Vibration as well as externally with our Product Design, EE, RF, and Software teams. The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. In addition, you will drive day-to-day program activities, system build planning, execution & risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of program management experience in either noise and vibration or hardware engineering.
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Experience in Acoustics, System EPM, System Engineer.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Engineering experience/Mechanical background.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive critical cross-functional issues across multiple product lines, maintaining proper schedule to meet build timelines, issue tracking, and FA syncs as needed.
- Play a critical central role in bringing together multiple stakeholders to help tackle different types of noise issues that occur on our products.
- Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/Engineering issues.
