To support the needs of the business, the full-time remote Accreditation Specialist will develop Performance Improvement projects, coordinate accreditation readiness, and conduct training programs to enhance clinical quality and performance measure outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and coordinate delegation oversight mechanisms and act as a liaison for the Plan with Corporate Delegation Oversight Create and maintain an accreditation readiness schedule while developing policies and procedures to support accreditation activities Assist with delegation oversight audits and coordinate corrective action plans to ensure compliance with all state, federal, contract, and accreditation requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of related quality improvement experience, specifically with HEDIS and/or NCQA Experience in developing and managing accreditation projects Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS reporting requirements Ability to conduct training and education programs for diverse stakeholders
