Accounts Receivable Specialist

Are you looking for a new fun fast paced environment to work in? We have partnered with a real exciting non-profit advertising company who’d like to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their small cohesive accounting team.

Responsibilities of this Accounts Receivable Specialist job include:

• Handle all billing, posting, and collecting of all revenue owed.
• Oversee processes to ensure customers pay amounts due.
• Cash applications and posting cash.
• Manage and review aging report.
• Process credit card transactions (including refunds/credit memos).
• Cross functionally work with different departments.
• Develop relationships with sub-contractors and vendors.

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of full cycle AR experience.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel and specifically Apple/Mac computers highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dedicated, and good communication skills.
