Accounts Receivable RepresentativeThe Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable functions at Paul Davis Restoration. The Accounts Receivable Representative is charged with the proper invoicing, collection of accounts receivable and resolving issues arising in the AR department.Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, training & development, and vision insurance.Basic requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of general accounting procedures, advanced Excel knowledge, knowledge of payroll software, 3-5 years of accounts receivables or general accounting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.Overall duties include recording credit card receipts, recording all bills, maintaining vendor compliance, processing purchase orders, completing vendor waivers, and more.Hours for this full-time, salaried position are typically from 7:30am to 5 pm, with variations based on business needs.Compensation is between $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year and is evaluated on a yearly basis.
