Accounts Receivable Specialist

(AR Specialist / Remote) - Anywhere in U.S. / $22 to $28-hr / 20 hours-week / 401(k) / PTO - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at NeuroNav, you will: Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable including payments, adjustments, and collections; Reconcile accounts and identify and resolve any discrepancies; Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment options; Process payments and update customer accounts accordingly; Monitor and report on aging accounts and assist with collections efforts as needed; Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and comply with all company policies and procedures; Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and provide support to other team members as necessary.
