We're Hiring: Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to support our Finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — all from the comfort of your home.

In this role, you will:

Enter and manage sales orders with accuracy
Generate and send invoices to customers
Review purchase orders (POs) and contracts for billing compliance
Follow up on outstanding receivables via email and phone
Maintain accurate AR records and resolve billing discrepancies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes
Support month-end AR reporting and account reconciliation

What we’re looking for:

2+ year of experience in AR, billing, or clerical accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
