- Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely
- Manage accounts receivable balances and monitor aging accounts
- Perform cash application and cash posting activities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
- Support invoicing and billing functions
- Provide accounts payable support as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- Experience with cash applications and payment processing
- Exposure to invoicing and accounts payable functions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency xhqgsiq in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
