Accounts Receivable Specialist (Fully Remote)

We build an AI-powered platform for medical record retrieval. We are a well-funded startup focused on automating record retrieval. About the Role: You'll own the full invoice-to-cash cycle. You'll manage customer billing relationships and run collections. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations. What You'll Do: Pull billable activity and create client-ready invoices. Maintain the Master Invoice Tracker and reconcile payments. Automate manual tasks and help evaluate billing tools. What You Bring: 1-3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail. An ownership mindset and comfort in a remote environment.
