What you’ll be doing:
• Process and post customer payments accurately
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Handle collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare account reconciliations and aging reports
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
• Assist with month-end AR activities
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous Accounts Receivable experience
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organization
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Experience with Excel and accounting systems
✔️ Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and prioritize deadlines
