An immediate opening is available at E&H Tubing, Inc. located in Brownstown, Indiana for an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position would be responsible for the following Accounts Receivable job functions as well as supporting other departments with various tasks.
- Process customer invoices and ensure all invoices have the appropriate backup information.
- Work with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via telephone, email and written communication.
- Provide aging reports and review customer aging on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the sales, finance and customer service personnel.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage incoming phone activity.
- Other Accounting related tasks as deemed necessary
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Great attention to detail.
- Background in Accounting / Collections.
- Good communication and follow-up skills through email and over the telephone.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
