Accounts Receivable Specialist/Biller-Onsite

Marketing Biller/Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Biller to manage billing operations within our marketing agency. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate client invoicing, tracking billable services, financial record management and coordinating with internal teams to maintain timely and efficient revenue processes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on campaigns, retainers, and project deliverablesTrack billable hours, media spend, and third-party costs across multiple accountsReconcile discrepancies between contracts, scopes of work, and billed servicesCoordinate with account managers, media buyers, and finance team to verify billing detailsMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoicesMaintain organized billing records and documentation for audits and reportingEnsure compliance with client contracts, pricing structures, and payment termsQualifications:2+ years of billing, accounting, or finance experience (marketing or agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial processesExperience with billing or accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAssist with month-end close, including preparing schedules and resolving outstanding itemsProficient in Excel and accounting systemsEagerness to learn and grow within the rolePreferred Skills:Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or media agency a plus.Moderate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)Work Environment:Fast-paced, deadline-driven agency settingCollaborative team environment with cross-department coordination
