Accounts Receivable SpecialistLabcorp is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (EST)Job Responsibilities:Process/post AR from all assigned payers within the expected Turnaround TimePost AR and electronic remittance from private and government payers into the billing system.Research payer websites to obtain posting backupPost electronic reports, macros and tools to balance files with money receivedIdentify issues and trends with assigned payersEnsure aged accounts receivable is handled according to Standard Operating ProcedureCommunicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittanceMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1 year or more accounts receivable experience1 year or more MS Excel experiencePreferred Qualifications:1 year or more health insurance, medical claims, explanation of benefits, cash posting and billingAdditional Job Standards:Meet weekly and monthly production goals after trainingWork experience in an office setting or administrationManage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivityStrong communication skillsWork-from-home or in-office experienceApplication Window closes: 9/25/2026Pay Range: $17.75-$21.00At Labcorp, you are part of a journey to accelerate life-changing healthcare breakthroughs and improve the delivery of care for all.
