In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact, helping resolve outstanding receivables while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, leverage technology to drive timely collections, and contribute to process improvements that support cash flow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Location: Remote (prior remote work experience required)Target Hiring Range: $20.00–22.00hrWhat You'll Do:Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer baseCommunicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls dailyDrive payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experienceHandle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgencyAnalyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forthResearch and resolve service and parts billing discrepanciesInterpret and communicate third-party data exchanges clearly and effectively to customersMaintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking)Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflowsRespond to both internal and external inquiries within established service-level timelinesWhat You'll Bring:1+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, customer service, or related accounting experienceAt least 1 year of experience working in a fully remote environmentExperience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written)Quickly identify key information and drive efficient resolutionWorking knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and AR PlatformsManage time and prioritization of daily items and aging tasks.Total RewardsAt Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $16.85–24.05, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
