To enhance the efficiency of the Accounts Receivable department, the full-time Accounts Receivable Team Lead will manage workflow, provide training and support to AR associates, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor workflow and ensure accurate recording of customer payments according to Service Level Agreement timelines Provide coaching and training on advanced concepts and assist associates in resolving complex payment issues Perform complex research and analysis of customer accounts, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with internal controls Required qualifications Minimum three years of experience in a high-volume accounts receivable processing environment or a combination of relevant degree and two years of experience At least one year of experience in training or guiding associates, or prior AR or business management experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access Experience with up to 25 systems and applications related to accounts receivable processes Minimum high school diploma; preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
