To support financial operations, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Project Analyst will manage project invoicing, conduct data analysis for budget optimization, and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting and billing processes. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts Review contracts and work orders to identify financial terms, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting and issue billing statements to sponsors/CROs Required qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and organization
