Accounts Receivable/Member Billing Associate

Quail Valley Golf Club, River Club & The Pointe is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Member Billing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position reporting directly to the Controller. The role focuses on receipt posting, daily auditing, financial reporting for member accounts, and delivering high-quality customer service regarding billing inquiries.

Financial Processing

• Audit daily department work
• Enter billing adjustments
• Record member payments
• Prepare daily bank deposits

Billing & Statements

• Verify member dues, privilege billings, and installment plans
• Process and distribute monthly statements via mail and email

Member & Team Relations

• Resolve member billing questions courteously
• Collaborate with department managers and the Controller on member account research and past-due notices
  

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience is required
• Experience in the private club industry is highly preferred

Software Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
• Prior experience with Jonas Club Management software is highly preferred
