This greater purpose connects us with like-minded professionals, fosters meaningful relationships, and generates the alignment necessary to produce an unrivaled consulting and employment experience.Our Atlanta office is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager who embodies this purpose.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Partner with Finance Department and Regional leadership on accountant receivables (A/R) and client project maintenance for billing and account accuracyTrack all outgoing proposals and contract amendments for new and active projects in the Southeast DivisionMaintain documentation on the invoice process, billing contacts, etc. for clientsMonitor and proactively provide A/R status to Project Managers and Senior Leaders in the Southeast DivisionIssue weekly A/R status reports and schedule weekly meetings to reviewCollaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement solutionsAdhere to internal and external financial standards and ensure complianceOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat you'll need:High School diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred7+ years of experience with accounts receivable collectionsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with contracts/proposals relating to engineering services or other professional services a plusStrong mathematical skills and accounting knowledgeEffective attention to detail, problem solving, and organizations skillsProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretionAbility to interact with all levels of staffBohler Engineering is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants and employees for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.
