Managing accounts receivable processes, the remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator will accurately post payments, perform account reconciliations, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Accurately post checks and ACH payments to customer accounts and reconcile postings to total deposits Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to create invoices, verify calculations, and maintain payment histories Required qualifications: Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in accounts receivable for a high-volume transactional company Proficient in accounting software and intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP accounting software preferred Strong data entry, analytical, and reconciliation skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong customer service skills Familiarity with healthcare-related policies, including HIPAA regulations, is a plus
