Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who excels in QuickBooks, has a strong understanding of A/R processes, and is comfortable working 25 hours per week.

Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process incoming payments and post transactions accurately in QuickBooksMonitor customer accounts for past-due balances and follow up on outstanding invoicesReconcile accounts and generate aging reportsCommunicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statusSupport monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processesMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all A/R activitiesAssist with other accounting tasks as neededCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
