Essential Job Functions

• Assist corporate financial officers and branch personnel as needed.
• Balance accounts receivable in EPS vs IMS.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and balancing.
• Assist with month‑end closing processes.
• Prepare analysis of accounts as required.
• Apply customer payments.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies.
• Process credit card payments and credits.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
• Prepare weekly manual deposits.
• Prepare weekly reports for management.
• Prepare notices to customers.
• Perform filing and copying.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Education/Experience

• 1+ years of accounts receivable experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel.
• Problem solving/analysis.
• Customer/client focus.
• Flexibility.

Physical Demands

The position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
