This role centers around providing top-tier support for account management, enhancing cash flow through detailed reporting and analysis, and implementing processes to track E-billing progress and reduce overdue balances.Job Responsibilities:Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain precise records of customer creditDirectly liaise with clients to respond to queries, provide reports, and resolve invoice discrepancies and receivable issuesCollaborate with the billing department and attorneys to address billing and collections problemsActively track E-billing progress, including status reporting and resolving short-paid and rejected invoices in conjunction with the Billing departmentContribute to the creation of best practices for E-billing monitoring, collections, and A/R management to optimize processesAssess delinquent accounts and suggest resolution strategiesHandle daily processing and posting of client paymentsCoordinate with attorneys on payment-related issues, ensuring proper allocation of paymentsProcess suitable credits, write-offs, and discounts on client invoicesPrepare and monitor A/R dashboards and reports, including aging, reconciliation, and collections reportsCarry out ad hoc reporting and other assigned tasks and projects.
